These terms apply when you use the Greek Unique website, place a collection order, or request a table booking. Please read them before ordering. We are Greek Unique, 118 Heath Road, Twickenham, TW1 4BW.

Orders & collection

• Orders placed on this website are for collection only from our restaurant. For delivery, please order through our partners Uber Eats or Deliveroo.
• Menu items and prices may change and are subject to availability. The price you pay is calculated at checkout.
• Food is freshly prepared — please allow around 20 minutes.
• Allergies: if you have a food allergy or intolerance, please tell us before ordering so we can advise on allergens.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of ordering and processed securely by Stripe, supporting card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not store your card details.

Cancellations & refunds

Refunds are handled in person at the restaurant (118 Heath Road, Twickenham, TW1 4BW). Please bring your order reference. We do not offer online self-service refunds.

Table bookings

Booking requests made on the site are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

Our responsibility

We provide the website with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
