• Orders & bookings: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your order or booking.
• Payments: card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Website usage: if you consent to analytics cookies, we collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To prepare, manage and hand over your collection orders.
• To manage table bookings and send you confirmations and updates.
• To respond to your enquiries.
• To keep the site secure and improve it.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run our service: Stripe (payments), Resend (order and booking emails), Supabase (secure database), Netlify (website hosting) and Google Analytics (usage analytics, only with your consent). Some of these may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep order and booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted.

Your rights
